Overview:

Seeking a PMO Support Specialist / Agile Coach to support GSA OCIO across all task areas. This role develops repeatable methodologies and processes for PMOs, supports initiative/project management, technology project management tools, resource and capacity planning, decision-making, and agile coaching.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop repeatable methodologies and processes for PMOs.
  • Support initiative/project management and technology project management tools.
  • Support resource and capacity planning, decision-making, and agile coaching.
  • Support meeting management, process creation, and coordinating updates on Insite and GSA.gov related to all Data and AI initiatives.
  • Support general PMO areas including Qualtrics Surveys.
  • Provide agile coaching to teams across all task areas.
  • Ensure cross-functional coordination and integration across all three task areas.
  • Maintain consistent methodologies and standards across all task areas.
  • Identify and leverage synergies between different initiatives.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer and best practice sharing across teams.
  • Provide integrated reporting that demonstrates the interconnected value of work performed across all task areas.
  • Document all processes, methodologies, and solutions to enable knowledge transfer.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in PMO support.
  • Experience developing repeatable methodologies and processes for PMOs.
  • Experience with initiative/project management, technology project management tools, and resource and capacity planning.
  • Experience with decision-making and agile coaching.
  • Experience with meeting management, process creation, and coordinating updates on Insite and GSA.gov.
  • Active HSPD-12 clearance or favorable determination by contract award.

Preferred:

  • Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, etc.).
  • Experience with GSA IT processes.
  • Experience with change management.
  • Experience with Qualtrics Surveys.

Schedule & Work Conditions:

  • Core Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.
  • Work Location: Primarily remote; occasional in-person meetings at GSA Headquarters (Theodore Roosevelt Building, 1900 E Street NW, Washington, DC) as requested by the COR.
  • Travel: Local travel within 50 miles of GSA sites in the Washington, DC metropolitan area is not reimbursable. No other travel is expected.
  • Telework: Ad hoc or situational telework is authorized with prior approval from the Task Order Contracting Officer. Telework reports must be submitted by the end of each telework day.
  • Security: Must maintain HSPD-12 credential and favorable background investigation throughout the life of the task order.
