Location: Remote (Washington, DC metro area preferred) Contract Type: Full-Time, Firm Fixed Price Task Order Clearance: Active HSPD-12 / Favorable Background Investigation Required Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship RequiredOverview: Seeking a PMO Support Specialist / Agile Coach to support GSA OCIO across all task areas. This role develops repeatable methodologies and processes for PMOs, supports initiative/project management, technology project management tools, resource and capacity planning, decision-making, and agile coaching.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop repeatable methodologies and processes for PMOs.</li><li>Support initiative/project management and technology project management tools.</li><li>Support resource and capacity planning, decision-making, and agile coaching.</li><li>Support meeting management, process creation, and coordinating updates on Insite and <a href="https://gsa.gov/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" style="color: rgb(57, 100, 254);">GSA.gov</a> related to all Data and AI initiatives.</li><li>Support general PMO areas including Qualtrics Surveys.</li><li>Provide agile coaching to teams across all task areas.</li><li>Ensure cross-functional coordination and integration across all three task areas.</li><li>Maintain consistent methodologies and standards across all task areas.</li><li>Identify and leverage synergies between different initiatives.</li><li>Ensure knowledge transfer and best practice sharing across teams.</li><li>Provide integrated reporting that demonstrates the interconnected value of work performed across all task areas.</li><li>Document all processes, methodologies, and solutions to enable knowledge transfer.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 7 years of experience in PMO support.</li><li>Experience developing repeatable methodologies and processes for PMOs.</li><li>Experience with initiative/project management, technology project management tools, and resource and capacity planning.</li><li>Experience with decision-making and agile coaching.</li><li>Experience with meeting management, process creation, and coordinating updates on Insite and <a href="https://gsa.gov/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" style="color: rgb(57, 100, 254);">GSA.gov</a>.</li><li>Active HSPD-12 clearance or favorable determination by contract award.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, etc.).</li><li>Experience with GSA IT processes.</li><li>Experience with change management.</li><li>Experience with Qualtrics Surveys.</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Work Conditions:<ul><li>Core Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.</li><li>Work Location: Primarily remote; occasional in-person meetings at GSA Headquarters (Theodore Roosevelt Building, 1900 E Street NW, Washington, DC) as requested by the COR.</li><li>Travel: Local travel within 50 miles of GSA sites in the Washington, DC metropolitan area is not reimbursable. No other travel is expected.</li><li>Telework: Ad hoc or situational telework is authorized with prior approval from the Task Order Contracting Officer.
