E-Logic is seeking a Broadcast Master Control Room Operator to manage live broadcast operations, signal routing, and cloud-based video workflows supporting the U.S. Department of State. This role ensures reliable delivery of live and recorded multimedia content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate broadcast master control systems.
  • Manage video routing, encoders, decoders, and cloud workflows.
  • Monitor live broadcasts and resolve operational issues.
  • Configure IP-based video systems and streaming infrastructure.
  • Support production scheduling and content distribution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of professional broadcast operations experience.
  • Experience with broadcast routing systems, cloud video platforms, SDI, HD-SDI, IP video, and master control operations.
  • Experience using Blackbird or similar cloud editing platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting government broadcast operations.
  • Knowledge of AWS-based broadcast workflows.

Work Location

Washington, DC (Department of State Headquarters and Annex 5). This position is primarily on-site supporting live broadcast and master control operations.

Security Requirements

Ability to obtain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT).
