<p>E-Logic is seeking a <strong>Broadcast Master Control Room Operator</strong> to manage live broadcast operations, signal routing, and cloud-based video workflows supporting the U.S. Department of State. This role ensures reliable delivery of live and recorded multimedia content.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Operate broadcast master control systems.</li><li>Manage video routing, encoders, decoders, and cloud workflows.</li><li>Monitor live broadcasts and resolve operational issues.</li><li>Configure IP-based video systems and streaming infrastructure.</li><li>Support production scheduling and content distribution.</li></ul><h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum <strong>7 years</strong> of professional broadcast operations experience.</li><li>Experience with broadcast routing systems, cloud video platforms, SDI, HD-SDI, IP video, and master control operations.</li><li>Experience using Blackbird or similar cloud editing platforms.</li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>Experience supporting government broadcast operations.</li><li>Knowledge of AWS-based broadcast workflows.</li></ul><h3><strong>Work Location</strong></h3><p>Washington, DC (Department of State Headquarters and Annex 5).
