<h2>Job Summary</h2><p>E-Logic, Inc. is seeking an experienced <strong>Senior Systems Engineer (Key Personnel)</strong> to support the <strong>U.S. Navy Joint Region Marianas (JRM) J6</strong> office in Guam.</p><p>The Senior Systems Engineer will provide senior-level engineering, systems architecture, modernization, troubleshooting, and technical oversight for Navy network and systems infrastructure. The position will support <strong>VDI and cloud migration initiatives, enterprise network modernization, infrastructure upgrades, and Tier III technical support</strong>.</p><p>The engineer will also develop technical documentation, network diagrams, and change packages required to support Navy authorization, configuration, and change-management processes.</p><p>The successful candidate must have strong experience with <strong>Navy network architecture, Cisco enterprise networking, VDI, cloud integration, and advanced Tier III troubleshooting</strong>. <strong>ONE-Net experience is preferred.</strong></p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h3>Systems Engineering &amp; Architecture</h3><ul><li>Lead engineering and technical support activities for the JRM J6 office.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and oversight for network architecture and infrastructure projects.</li><li>Design, implement, and support VDI environments and cloud migration initiatives.</li><li>Support Navy network modernization and infrastructure upgrade projects.</li><li>Evaluate existing infrastructure and recommend modernization and technical improvements.</li></ul><h3>Network Engineering</h3><ul><li>Support enterprise networking using Cisco technologies.</li><li>Apply advanced knowledge of Navy network architecture to supported systems and infrastructure.</li><li>Troubleshoot complex network and systems issues at the Tier III level.</li><li>Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for recurring technical problems.</li><li>Support network configuration, integration, and infrastructure changes.</li></ul><h3>Technical Documentation &amp; Change Management</h3><ul><li>Develop and maintain network topologies, data-flow diagrams, rack elevations, and other technical documentation.</li><li>Prepare technical documentation required for Navy Authorization to Operate (ATO) processes.</li><li>Prepare and support <strong>Navy FRCB change packages</strong>.</li><li>Maintain accurate and current documentation for supported systems, networks, and infrastructure.</li><li>Review technical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable requirements.</li></ul><h3>Vendor &amp; Project Oversight</h3><ul><li>Provide technical oversight of third-party security system installation projects.</li><li>Review vendor technical proposals and provide technical recommendations regarding proposed solutions.</li><li>Witness and support acceptance testing of vendor-installed systems.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, technical teams, and Government personnel to resolve technical issues and support successful project completion.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in <strong>Engineering, Computer Science</strong>, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>Senior-level professional experience demonstrating advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Navy network architecture</li><li class="ql-indent-1">VDI environments</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Cloud integration</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Cisco enterprise networking</li><li>Experience supporting network modernization and infrastructure upgrade initiatives.</li><li>Strong Tier III troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience.</li><li>Experience developing network diagrams, technical documentation, and infrastructure documentation.</li><li>Experience preparing technical/network change packages.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently while providing senior-level technical guidance to project teams and Government stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>Required Certifications</h3><p>Candidates must hold:</p><ul><li><strong>Active CCNP or CCIE</strong>, <strong>AND</strong></li><li>At least one of the following active certifications:</li><li class="ql-indent-1"><strong>CISSP</strong></li><li class="ql-indent-1"><strong>CASP+ / SecurityX</strong></li><li class="ql-indent-1"><strong>CISA</strong></li></ul><h3>Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>Cisco IOS</li><li>Cisco enterprise networking</li><li>VDI platforms</li><li>Cloud environments</li><li>Enterprise network architecture</li><li>Microsoft Visio</li><li>Network topologies and data-flow diagrams</li><li>Rack elevations</li><li>Technical documentation</li><li>Tier III troubleshooting</li><li>Root cause analysis</li><li>Network modernization and infrastructure upgrades</li></ul><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Active <strong>SECRET security clearance</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Navy ONE-Net</strong>.</li><li>Prior experience supporting <strong>Joint Region Marianas (JRM)</strong>.</li><li>Prior <strong>Guam Department of Defense (DoD)</strong> experience.</li><li>Current residence in <strong>Guam</strong>.</li><li>Experience supporting Navy or DoD enterprise infrastructure modernization initiatives.</li></ul><h2>Federal Project Requirements</h2><ul><li>The position supports a U.S. Navy federal project and requires the candidate to meet all applicable Government and contract requirements.</li><li>The candidate must maintain all required professional certifications throughout employment.</li><li>The proposed candidate must be available to perform the position <strong>on-site in Guam</strong>.</li><li>Employment/hiring is contingent upon <strong>E-Logic, Inc.'s contract selection/award</strong>.</li><li>The candidate must authorize E-Logic, Inc. to submit their resume and qualifications for consideration under the applicable proposal/contract opportunity.</li><li>The candidate must be willing to provide required certification documentation and other information necessary for Government/contract compliance.</li></ul><h2>Key Personnel Requirement</h2><p>This position is designated as <strong>Key Personnel</strong>.</p><p>The proposed candidate's <strong>resume, certifications, and Letter of Commitment</strong> must identify the candidate under the exact position title:</p><p><strong>Senior Systems Engineer (Key Personnel)</strong></p><p>The submitted resume and supporting documentation must accurately reflect the candidate's qualifications and experience and must match the personnel proposed in E-Logic, Inc.'s quote.</p><h2>Work Environment &amp;
