About the Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to serve as a Key Personnel position supporting the Executive Airlift Communications Network (EACN) Support contract. This role provides full-spectrum support for EACN's ServiceNow development to ensure process workflows and wireframes are developed in partnership with HAF/A1 sprint/DevOps team or other Government-defined business processes approved by the EACN PM. The developer will ensure tailorable dashboards, repeatable processes, and best-in-class user experience (UX) are fit for need/purpose for the 89 CS and EACN business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full-spectrum support for EACN's ServiceNow development.
  • Ensure process workflows and wireframes are developed in partnership with HAF/A1 sprint/DevOps team or other Government-defined business processes approved by the EACN PM.
  • Ensure tailorable dashboards, repeatable processes, and best-in-class user experience (UX) are fit for need/purpose for the 89 CS and EACN business requirements.
  • Develop and implement IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules and business processes.
  • Provide oversight and expertise in ITSM configuration management support, and implement, integrate, and sustain/maintain ServiceNow.
  • Configure and customize EACN software to gather statistics and provide Trend Analysis.
  • Customize the software to reflect system design changes and equipment upgrades.
  • Provide Information Technology (IT) Service Management training, such as ServiceNow training for Trouble Ticket System using Government furnished physical devices, software, and commercial training aids.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain Government furnished network security, monitoring, and data analysis tools (including but not limited to ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Splunk) to provide real-time usable statistics to aid with troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to design and execute aligned workflows and wireframes.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum 5-6 years in the following:
  • Managing the day-to-day functional operations and activities of a contractor workforce supporting ServiceNow development.
  • Operational planning and execution of ITSM, ITBM, and ITAM module development and implementation.
  • Managing supply and maintenance transactions, or equivalent IT service management experience.
  • Providing technical advice and instruction to personnel.
  • Minimum 3-5 years handling fiscal requirements and functions.

Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required.

Capabilities:

  • Apply relative knowledge to analyze problems, identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize/apply solutions.
  • Plan and organize work to successfully perform complex tasks.
  • Effectively and efficiently communicate, both written and orally, to personnel at various status and rank.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a four (4) year course of study in a relevant field leading to a bachelor's degree, or a combination of successfully completed post-high school education and/or training experiences that meet the total qualification requirements for this position level.
  • Active SECRET Security Clearance at time of contract award.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and Personnel Risk Assessment (PRA).

Preferred:

  • Prior experience supporting U.S. Air Force or DoD ServiceNow programs.
  • Experience with ITSM, ITBM, and ITAM modules.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration with SolarWinds, Splunk, or other network monitoring tools.
  • Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Work Environment

  • Location: Remote (100% Remote - confirmed in Q&A Question 88).
  • Travel: Local travel authorized; travel outside the local region (CONUS and OCONUS) may be required and will be reimbursed in accordance with FAR 31.2 and Public Law 99-234.
  • Hours: Normal Government working hours, 0630-1730, Monday through Friday, local time, excluding Federal holidays.
  • On-Site: Not required - 100% Remote.
  • Security: A personal security clearance is required. A Common Access Card (CAC) is required for all contractors.
