About the Role
We are seeking Supply Technician Sr (Site Leads) to serve as the lead contractor at each site in support of the Coordinated SECREP Management & Strategic Logistics Services (CSM&SLS) contract. These are key personnel positions responsible for coordinating SECREP management activities, ensuring accurate inventory records, and providing expert advice to Government customers at Marine Expeditionary Forces (MEF) and Marine Forces Reserve (MFR) locations.

- Camp Lejeune, NC (II MEF)
- Camp Pendleton, CA (I MEF)
- Okinawa, Japan (III MEF)
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead contractor at each site to coordinate activities in support of program objectives for SECREP management.
- Ensure validation of SECREP management data at the site.
- Apply knowledge of laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to logistics planning and program execution/sustainment.
- Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained at the site.
- Ensure proper asset issue and receipt at the site.
- Execute Government-approved redistribution of assets between sites.
- Provide expert SECREP management advice to the Government customer.
- Develop and provide a weekly status report on the site SECREP account.
- Lead development of briefs, documents, and other communications for the site related to the program.
- Develop and provide monthly and quarterly reports in support of program objectives as required.
- Perform additional duties typical of or related to the Site Lead role.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5-6 years in the following:
- Managing the day-to-day functional operations and activities of a contractor workforce supporting military Reparable activities.
- Operational planning and execution of inventory management, distribution assistance, stock positioning, and sourcing.
- Managing supply and maintenance transactions.
- Warehouse management.
- Providing technical advice and instruction to personnel.
- Minimum 3-5 years handling fiscal requirements and functions.
Capabilities:
- Apply relative knowledge to analyze problems, identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize/apply solutions.
- Plan and organize work to successfully perform complex tasks.
- Effectively and efficiently communicate, both written and orally, to personnel at various status and rank.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a four (4) year course of study in a relevant field leading to a bachelor's degree, or a combination of successfully completed post-high school education and/or training experiences that meet the total qualification requirements for this position level.
- Ability to obtain SECRET Level Security Clearance by Day 1 Ready.
- Must pass a criminal background check and Personnel Risk Assessment (PRA).
Preferred:
- Prior experience supporting U.S. Marine Corps SECREP management.
- Experience with GCSS-MC, APSR, or other Marine Corps systems of record.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) for Camp Pendleton and Camp Lejeune locations.
Work Environment
- Location: Albany, GA; Camp Lejeune, NC; Camp Pendleton, CA; Okinawa, Japan.
- Travel: Local travel authorized; travel outside the local region (CONUS and OCONUS) may be required and will be reimbursed in accordance with FAR 31.2 and Public Law 99-234. For Okinawa, Japan, the Contractor Personnel Performing in Japan clause (252.225-7976) applies.
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM local time, Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.
- On-Site: Required at Government installation. Personnel must work on-site at the Government installation unless the Government requires remote telework.
- Security: A personal security clearance is required for the seven (7) Supply Tech (SMAG Plant/COMSE) positions. A Common Access Card (CAC) is required for all contractors.
