ePRISMS Analyst
Location: Fort Benning, GA (On-site)

Position Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented ePRISMS Analyst to collect and maintain consistent, accurate, and auditable space utilization data utilizing the Enterprise Pro-Active Real Property Interactive Space Management System (ePRISMS) at Fort Benning, GA. This role validates 10% of HQIIS-listed buildings annually, prepares Pre-Import Files (PIF) for facilities without a Prisms Standard File (PSF), and addresses system errors and warnings. This is a non-personal services contract position. The contractor employee reports directly to the Prime Contractor for HR, disciplinary, and administrative matters, while receiving work direction from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). This is an in-person, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, update, or validate 10% of HQIIS-listed buildings in ePRISMS on an annual basis
- For facilities without a Prisms Standard File (PSF), collect ePRISMS survey and reference data to prepare a Pre-Import File (PIF)
- Coordinate with the ePRISMS Support team to transform PIF into a PSF
- Address errors and warnings within the system to correct or validate outstanding identified issues
- Maintain accurate and auditable space utilization data in ePRISMS
- Ensure ePRISMS records are current, accurate, and auditable
- Complete annual validation requirements meeting or exceeding 10% of HQIIS-listed buildings
- Correct or validate critical errors within required timelines
- Coordinate with Geographic Information System personnel to acquire maps or images as data evidence to verify facility records
- Submit quarterly Real Property discrepancy lists of inspected equipment and floor plan inaccuracies
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience in real property inventory, space management, or ePRISMS data collection
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) prior to onboarding
- ePRISMS Experience: Expected to possess experience at contract start to perform immediately upon award
- Language: Fluent in written and verbal English
- Microsoft Office: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
Desired Experience
- Prior experience with ePRISMS, HQIIS, or other real property inventory systems
- Knowledge of Prisms Standard File (PSF) and Pre-Import File (PIF) processes
- Experience with Army DPW real property operations
- Familiarity with GIS mapping and facility records
Additional Requirements
- Must obtain legal entry authorization to Fort Benning prior to commencing work
- Must be issued a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Must comply with all DoD security regulations and safeguard Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
- Must pass background checks and base access control registration
- Must complete AT Level I Training, iWATCH Training, OPSEC training, and IA/IT awareness training
- Must sign and abide by an Army IT User Agreement
Schedule & Work Conditions
- Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays
- Telework: Not allowed; majority of work requires onsite presence
- Travel: Not authorized or reimbursed
