Job Summary

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electronics Technician to serve as Key Personnel supporting Joint Region Marianas (JRM) security and communications systems in Guam. The technician will install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and test Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems, including intrusion detection, access control, video surveillance, and Motorola trunked radio systems.

Location: Guam - On-Site

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, with after-hours callback support for critical outages

Contract Status: Employment/hiring is contingent upon E-Logic's contract selection/award.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and test LMR and Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Support intrusion detection, access control, and video surveillance systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Motorola trunked radio systems.
• Program Motorola radios using appropriate radio codeplugs and tune radios using service monitors.
• Install radios in vehicles and perform radio battery conditioning.
• Perform preventive maintenance, system calibration, corrosion control, and backup power testing.
• Conduct monthly R56 grounding inspections at tower and repeater sites.
• Maintain accurate radio and equipment inventory records.
• Support system installation, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Technical training in electronics, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in LMR and ESS installation and maintenance.
• Experience with Motorola trunked radio systems, Lenel, and Milestone.
• Experience using radio programming software, service monitors, and R56 grounding requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic security and communications equipment.

Required Certifications & Training

• Active Security+ CE
• Active ETA-CET or equivalent
• Motorola R56 training

Preferred Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance
• Lenel factory training
• Milestone factory training
• Prior Joint Region Marianas (JRM) or Guam DoD experience
• Current residence in Guam

Federal Project & Key Personnel Requirements

• Must meet applicable federal, DoD, installation, and contract requirements.
• Must maintain required certifications and training.
• Must be available to work on-site in Guam.
• Candidate must authorize E-Logic to submit their resume and qualifications for the applicable federal proposal.
• The resume, certifications, and Letter of Commitment must identify the candidate under the exact title Electronics Technician (Key Personnel) and match the personnel proposed in E-Logic's quote.
• Candidate may be required to provide supporting certification, training, and Government compliance documentation.

Work Environment

The position supports operations at Naval Base Guam, Andersen Air Force Base, and Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz. Work may include equipment rooms, communications sites, towers, repeater sites, vehicles, and outdoor operational areas.
