E-Logic, Inc. is searching for a Senior Investigative Analyst to conduct in-depth investigative analysis, support lead generation, and build referral packages involving Pandemic Response Accountability Committee (PRAC). Working with open-source, law enforcement, and third-party data, you will synthesize complex data into clear intelligence products for OIGs and federal law enforcement partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform investigative analysis using open-source, law enforcement, and third-party datasets to identify fraud indicators and patterns.
- Prepare customized work products, including intelligence reports, link analysis diagrams, referral packages, and case summaries suitable for law enforcement referral.
- Perform due diligence and active lead generation using PRAC-developed analytic rules and models.
- Collaborate with OIG and federal law enforcement stakeholders while adhering to strict policies for handling Law Enforcement Sensitive (LES) data.
- Brief investigative findings to senior government leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience conducting investigative analysis supporting government benefit fraud and financial crimes.
- 3+ years analyzing structured and unstructured data across public and non-public sources.
- 3+ years preparing formal investigative reports and referral packages for law enforcement.
- Proficiency with analytic tools including SQL, MS Excel, Neo4j, and i2 Analyst's Notebook (or equivalent link analysis tools).
- Deep understanding of fraud typologies relevant to government benefit programs (e.g., identity theft, eligibility fraud, organized rings).
