E-logic is seeking an analytical Process Specialist to evaluate, document, and streamline complex institutional workflows for University of Texas System (UT System), through its Supply Chain Alliance. Your efforts will focus on driving operational efficiency, eliminating organizational bottlenecks, and preparing workflows for digital modernization.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather granular data on current-state business practices through interviews, observation, and system audits.
- Map and document "as-is" and "to-be" workflows using standardized process modeling notations.
- Identify operational inefficiencies, control deficiencies, or bottlenecks, and recommend structured process improvements.
- Develop training guides, manuals, and high-impact presentations to communicate process changes to varied stakeholder tiers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis, continuous improvement, or operations consulting.
- Superior data-gathering capabilities, mastery of process mapping software, and excellent public presentation and communication skills.
