Functional Lead
E-logic is seeking a Functional Lead to champion the operational transformation of business processes for University of Texas System (UT System), through its Supply Chain Alliance. In this role, you will align institutional business needs (Finance, HR, or Administration) with the system capabilities of the chosen platform, ensuring that technology serves the operational goals of the University System.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the functional design, system configuration blueprints, and business process alignment for large-scale deployments.
- Lead discovery workshops to map intricate government or institutional workflows directly to technology solutions.
- Advise client stakeholders on functional best practices, system optimization capabilities, and change management strategies.
- Partner closely with the Tech Lead to translate complex business processes into actionable development requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 8+ years of experience within a dedicated functional consulting or business-side leadership role.
- Deep expertise in specific institutional business functions such as Finance, HR, or Student Administration.
- Proven mastery in process mapping, application configuration, system optimization, and client-facing workshop facilitation.
