E-logic is seeking an experienced Lead PACS Administrator to oversee enterprise-wide the Clinical Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) from U.S Navy operations, guide large-scale system upgrades, manage vendor relationships, and lead cross-site coordination between hub and spoke medical facilities. The Lead PACS Administrator combines senior technical expertise with operational leadership to ensure high performance,

security, and continuity of care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise PACS Management: Oversee high-level system strategy, architecture, and daily administration across main hospital sites and outlying clinics.
  • Upgrade Leadership & Migration: Lead technical activities during enterprise-wide PACS upgrades, system patches, and data migrations, minimizing clinical downtime and operational impact.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting: Develop analytical processes to monitor system uptime, storage utilization, network bandwidth, and support request response times.
  • Generate regular performance reports for senior leadership.
  • Serve as the primary vendor liaison, managing service level agreements (SLAs), negotiating technical support escalations, and steering vendor performance during platform transitions.
  • Actively collaborate with hub medical center teams to align on PACS initiatives, shared resources, standard operating procedures, and enterprise best practices.
  • Apply vendor-agnostic knowledge to evaluate, navigate, and support transitions between diverse PACS platforms and accessory software/hardware.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex network or database issues, perform root-cause analysis for recurring failures, and mentor junior administrators.
  • Ensure enterprise compliance with HIPAA, quality assurance benchmarks, and federal cybersecurity regulations.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • AT Level II or CompTIA Security+ CE and ABII CIIP - Certified Imaging Informatics Professional are required.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in enterprise PACS management within a multi-site or hub-and-spoke healthcare system.
  • Proven track record of leading major PACS upgrades, platform migrations, or enterprise rollouts.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience developing metrics, performance reports, and executive dashboards.
  • Strong vendor management skills and experience holding vendors accountable to SLAs.
  • Superior communication and collaborative skills for cross-departmental and cross-site leadership.
  • Experience in vendor-agnostic PACS environments.
  • Flexibility to provide 24/7 remote after-hours and on-call support.
