E-logic is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to guide the engineering life cycle, requirements analysis, and functional modeling for the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCDD) Weapons Control and Integration Department. You will lead feasibility analyses, tradeoff assessments, and the optimization of system architectures for maritime, launcher, and weapon control environments. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and refine operational, functional, and interoperability requirement specifications.</li><li>Lead feasibility analyses, tradeoff assessments, and Analysis of Alternatives (AoA).</li><li>Perform system behavioral modeling, baseline documentation, and functional flow analyses.</li><li>Investigate subsystem-level failures during integration and testing to recommend corrective actions.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Top Secret Clearance is mandatory.</li><li>Bachelor's degree required.</li><li>10+ years of systems engineering experience.</li><li>5+ years specialized in maritime, launcher, missile, or weapon control systems engineering.</li></ul> Important Notice: This role is part of a proposal for Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCDD) .
