E-logic is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to oversee non-personal professional systems engineering, logistics, and project management support functions for the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCDD) Weapons Control and Integration Department. You will lead strategic planning, cross-functional engineering timelines, and budget execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, facilitate, and lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), and technical interchange meetings.
• Generate and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs), identify critical paths, and synchronize program milestones.
• Track budget execution, address funding trends, and provide project Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics.
• Ensure strict configuration management (CM) and technical data repository tracking.

Qualifications

• Secret Clearance is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of professional experience.
• 10+ years of dedicated program/project management experience.
• 5+ years specialized in DoD Weapons Systems management.
