Senior Systems Engineer

E-logic is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) under the Missile Systems Integration, Threat Engineering, and Weapons Effectiveness Division (H30). In this role, you will provide critical subject matter expertise to advance cutting-edge maritime, launcher, missile, and weapon control systems. You will work closely with cross-functional government teams to shape the future of warfighter capabilities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and provide technical recommendations during Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR), Critical Design Reviews (CDR), and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
  • Perform system, subsystem, and component model/architecture design capturing operational contexts.
  • Conduct Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), trade-off assessments, and detailed engineering cost estimations.
  • Develop, refine, and document operational, functional, and interoperability specifications and interface boundaries. Perform requirements analysis, behavioral modeling, functional flows, and system performance interface tracking.


Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Must possess an active TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility verified in DISS.
  • Proven technical experience spanning the systems engineering lifecycle of naval weapons systems, missile systems, or fire control architectures.
  • Strong familiarity with Systems Engineering Plans (SEP), architectural modeling, and tracking toolsets.
