E-logic is seeking an analytical and command-ready Deputy / Alternate Project Manager to support senior executive leadership and actively assume full operational command of U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Earth Resources Observation and Science (EROS) Center Level III protective security force contract during the primary manager's absence. This critical role requires combining specialized physical asset protection and personnel scheduling expertise to optimize workforce readiness, enforce post-order compliance across a 24/7/365 environment, and provide seamless, high-level continuity and strategic risk mitigation directly to agency leadership.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist the PM in supervising security personnel, reviewing guard blotters, and ensuring contract compliance.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for the COR when the primary PM is unavailable.
• Remain ready to respond to critical facility incidents or emergency modifications to staffing schedules.
• Conduct post inspections and ensure that standing orders are enforced.

Qualifications:

• Must meet the identical contract, experience, and educational requirements specified for the Project Manager.
• Guard II qualified with active 9MM firearms proficiency.
• Academic degree or certification in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or Security Management.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to effectively manage a 24/7 security workforce.
• Requires an active NSI Secret Clearance.
