Security Technician II – ATC Visitor Control Center (VCC) Support
E-Logic is hiring a qualified Security Technician II to support the Visitor Control Center (VCC) at the U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) / Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) located at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland. This position supports physical security operations through visitor processing, access control, badge issuance, and security clearance verification for personnel entering restricted areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process, screen, and issue badges to all visitors entering designated Restricted Areas.
- Manage and monitor the Visitor Control Mailbox, ensuring all access requests are processed within 24 hours.
- Verify personnel security clearances using the Defense Information System for Security (DISS).
- Fabricate and issue Restricted Area (RA) badges and Common Access Cards (CACs) in accordance with site procedures.
- Maintain accurate visitor records and ensure compliance with physical security protocols.
- Provide professional customer service and clear communication with visitors, government personnel, and internal teams.
- Support VCC operations during standard operating hours: Monday-Thursday (0600-1600) and Friday (0600-1500).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a physical security environment OR an Associate's Degree in a security-related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process visitor and access control information.
- Secret Clearance is mandatory.
- Proficiency with access control systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and DISS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a structured, high-security environment while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
