E-Logic is seeking a Database Programmer/Analyst to support development, automation, and enhancement of National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)'s Office of Response & Restoration (OR&R) environmental database systems and data integration tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated database import routines
• Support SQL query development and data validation
• Enhance data integration and reporting tools
• Assist with automation of Electronic Data Deliverables (EDD)
• Support database schema improvements and optimization
• Troubleshoot database and integration issues
• Generate technical documentation and process guides

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience with SQL, MySQL, and relational databases
• Experience with scripting or automation tools
• Knowledge of database integration concepts
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Visual Basic, Pentaho, or environmental databases
• Familiarity with NOAA DIVER standards
• Experience with cloud-based web services
