E-Logic is hiring an Automation Engineer to develop and maintain tools supporting billing validation, SLA tracking, and program operations for Department of Health &amp; Human Services. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Design and implement automation solutions for PMO processes</li><li>Support tools like eSuite for billing, SLA, and inventory validation</li><li>Develop process improvements through automation</li><li>Maintain and enhance enterprise tools (ServiceNow integrations, etc.)</li><li>Provide roadmap for automation capabilities</li></ul>Requirements <ul><li>Experience with automation tools, scripting, or low-code platforms</li><li>Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar platforms preferred</li><li>Strong problem-solving and systems integration skills</li></ul>Important Notice: This role is part of a proposal for the Department of Health &amp; Human Services.
