E-Logic is seeking a Subject-Matter Expert II- Finance Cost Recovery to provide statewide strategic support for FEMA and TDEM financial-recovery compliance, audits, and documentation quality. This role will be remote but at any moment, the government can change it to onsite with a 30 days' advance written notice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee policy interpretation and financial validations.
• Manage audit responses and support appeals.
• Train and mentor staff across recovery teams.
• Ensure complete compliance with federal reimbursement rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 10+ years' FEMA PA or federal-grants experience.
• Proven leadership in cost-recovery program management.
