E-Logic is seeking a Disaster Recovery Specialist IV to lead FEMA financial documentation, project reconciliation, and team coordination for DSHS recovery programs. This role will be remote but at any moment, the government can change it to onsite with a 30 days' advance written notice.

Responsibilities

• Supervise junior specialists and ensure compliance accuracy.
• Lead FEMA cost-validation reviews and financial closeouts.
• Provide reports and technical guidance to leadership.
• Coordinate with FEMA/TDEM officials on project approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 5+ years' experience in FEMA PA or emergency-management finance.
• Advanced Excel/reporting skills; NIMS/ICS training preferred.
