E-logic seeks a Senior Software Developer Applications to function as a technical expert, leading the development of mission-critical HR and Payroll software for the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC). This role oversees staff and complex development assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and design the development and customization of complex application software solutions.
• Evaluate development results and recommend major architectural changes affecting project success.
• Function as a technical expert in software design principles, secure coding, and modern development practices.
• Oversee the efforts of less senior development staff.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in application software development and design.
