E-logic is hiring a Journeyman Software Developer Applications to independently perform application development tasks for the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC) software portfolio. This role is key to building and modifying the agency's critical applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and design the development and customization of complex application software solutions.
• Evaluate development results and recommend major architectural changes affecting project success.
• Function as a technical expert in software design principles, secure coding, and modern development practices.
• Oversee the efforts of less senior development staff.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in application software development and design.
