E-logic is hiring a Journeyman Computer Systems Analyst to perform functional analysis and system improvement work for the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC) applications. This role independently applies expertise to complex work assignments, driving the determination of how tasks are accomplished.

Responsibilities:

• Independently analyze user requirements, existing procedures, and problems to implement or improve computer systems.
• Review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to automate or optimize operational efficiency.
• Develop detailed system design documentation, functional requirements, and process flow diagrams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or related functional duties.
