E-logic is seeking a Senior Program Analyst will provide programmatic support to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), focusing on reporting, scheduling, documentation, and logistics to ensure alignment between technical performance and program requirements. The candidate will be willing to travel in different states like District of Colombia, Virginia, Maryland, California, Florida and Rhode Island.

Responsibilities:

• Track and report program performance metrics.
• Support acquisition, logistics, and IT asset management functions.
• Assist in preparing deliverables, cost estimates, and budget tracking.
• Provide analysis for decision-making and investment management.
• Coordinate responses to Government data calls and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

• 6 years of professional experience in IT and network acquisition, planning, logistics, enterprise architecture, and cost analysis.
• Required IAM III certification with T3 clearance.
