E-logic is seeking a dedicated Help Desk Specialist to provide comprehensive Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support to BEA's end-users. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of desktop workstations and peripherals for over 500 end-users.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide primary hands-on IT customer support for BEA users, responding to and resolving help desk tickets in a timely manner.
  • Provide desk-side support for troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
  • Assist with the installation, removal, and relocation of computer equipment.
  • Manage and maintain IT equipment in storage.
  • Support conference room audio/visual needs and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Perform workstation vulnerability remediations and assist with imaging and configuring laptops and mobile devices.
  • Create and maintain IT knowledge base articles to document solutions and best practices.

Qualifications/Skills:


  • Experience in a help desk or IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions clearly.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
