E-Logic is hiring a Senior Data Governance Analyst to support NPS enterprise data governance and management initiatives. The analyst will develop policies, standards, and best practices to improve data quality, reliability, and accessibility.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Create and maintain enterprise data dictionaries and metadata standards.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture data requirements.
• Conduct data integrity and gap analyses; recommend improvements.
• Support NPS Data Strategy and Public Access Plan initiatives.
• Develop governance documentation and annual workplans.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise data governance.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures and integration.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and facilitation skills.

Desired Skills & Certifications:

• Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK best practices.
• Experience with federal data governance programs.
