E-Logic seeks a Journey-level IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate data management projects in support of the National Park Service (NPS) Information Resources Directorate, National Information Services Center (NISC). The Project Manager will apply agile methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor data management and geospatial system initiatives. The work will be performed under this contract can be performed remotely or at the National Park Service facility. Due to GFE configuration requirements or IT support issues, periodic trips to the closest NPS facility may be necessary.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Coordinate with NPS stakeholders to gather requirements and align project goals with mission objectives.
  • Manage contract deliverables, including Contract Management Plan, QASP, and QCP.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Provide status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to NPS leadership.
  • Oversee contract transition activities as needed.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
  • Experience managing data management and/or geospatial projects using agile methodologies.

Desired Skills & Certifications:

  • PMP or Agile/Scrum Master certification.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

This role is part of a proposal for the National Park Services (NPS). Hiring is contingent upon the selection of the consultant. Selected candidates will be included in the proposal and must authorize the use of their resume for submission.
