Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to lead contract performance for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Intelligence Systems Center (C5ISC) Product Support Service Desk (PSSD) in Kearneysville, WV. This role involves managing personnel, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and acting as the primary liaison between the contractor team and the USCG.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of contract execution and service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to USCG policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate contractor personnel.
  • Interface with USCG leadership and stakeholders for contract performance updates.
  • Provide strategic planning and continuous improvement recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship required per federal contract regulations.
  • Active or ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kearneysville, WV, with possible telework options as approved.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or 15+ years of relevant experience).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT help desk management, call center operations, or service desk management.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL, CMM, ISO, HDI, AGILE).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
