Location:&nbsp;Mountain Warfare Training Center (MWTC), Bridgeport, CA (On-Site) Contract Type:&nbsp;Full-Time, 12-Month Contract (Base Year) Project Start Date:&nbsp;26 August 2026<h3>Project Overview</h3>We are seeking a highly skilled&nbsp;SharePoint Online and Power Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME)&nbsp;to support the&nbsp;Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center (MCMWTC)&nbsp;in Bridgeport, CA. This is a high-visibility, mission-critical role where you will serve as the command's Information Management Officer (IMO) liaison, ensuring that critical information flows seamlessly to support decision-making for formal schools, Service Level Training Exercises (SLTE), and base/installation operations.As the sole IM SME on-site, you will be embedded within the MCMWTC S-3 Operations Section, directly enabling commanders and their staff to leverage modern collaborative tools to maintain situational awareness and make timely, informed decisions in a dynamic operational environment. You will be the bridge between the command's operational requirements and the technical capabilities of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.<h3>Key Project Responsibilities</h3>You will be the command's technical authority for Information Management, responsible for:<ul><li>SharePoint Online Administration:&nbsp;Designing, deploying, and maintaining the MCMWTC SharePoint platforms. You will manage site permissions, lists, libraries, pages, and workflow-related functionality across the command and its tenant organizations.</li><li>Power Platform Development:&nbsp;Developing, configuring, updating, and maintaining Power Platform solutions, including&nbsp;Power Apps&nbsp;(for custom applications),&nbsp;Power Automate&nbsp;(for workflow automation), and&nbsp;Power BI&nbsp;(for data visualization and reporting).</li><li>Information Management Strategy:&nbsp;Analyzing business and information requirements to design SharePoint/Internet content prototypes. You will establish content solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and the Power Platform to improve work processes and information dissemination.</li><li>Training &amp; User Support:&nbsp;Instructing functional area users on SharePoint techniques, search strategies, and functionality. You will also troubleshoot user-reported issues and provide recommended solutions to the Government.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Governance:&nbsp;Facilitating the Information Management/Knowledge Management Working Group at the direction of the MCMWTC Deputy Director, and participating in higher headquarters (TECOM and MAGTF-TC) working groups to ensure effective collaboration and end-user support.</li></ul><h3>Required Candidate Qualifications (Must-Haves)</h3>To be considered for this project, candidates&nbsp;must&nbsp;meet the following minimum requirements.&nbsp;The resume of the proposed candidate is a mandatory part of the proposal.<ul><li>Required Certifications (ALL are mandatory):</li><li class="ql-indent-1">MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals</li><li class="ql-indent-1">MS-700: Teams Administrator Associate</li><li class="ql-indent-1">PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst Associate</li><li class="ql-indent-1">PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals</li><li class="ql-indent-1">PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate</li><li class="ql-indent-1">MS-721: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate</li><li class="ql-indent-1">PL-600: Power Platform Solutions Architect Expert</li><li>Required Experience:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Five (5) years&nbsp;of cumulative, hands-on experience developing and managing&nbsp;Power Platform products&nbsp;(Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate).</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Five (5) years&nbsp;of cumulative experience developing, managing, and implementing solutions for a&nbsp;SharePoint Online site, including data management, information architecture, and permissions management.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">One (1) year&nbsp;of instructional experience delivering Information Management (IM) training.</li><li>Security Clearance:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Must currently possess&nbsp;OR&nbsp;be eligible to hold a&nbsp;Secret clearance&nbsp;or higher.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Must be eligible for a&nbsp;Common Access Card (CAC)&nbsp;.</li><li>Citizenship:&nbsp;U.S. Citizenship is required.</li><li>Availability:&nbsp;Must be available to work on-site Monday through Friday, 0730-1630 (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM).</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Haves)</h3>Candidates with the following experience will stand out:<ul><li>Experience with Microsoft Applied Skills, Modern Work, or Business Applications credentials.</li><li>Familiarity with Marine Corps Orders and Policy (e.g., MCO 1553.1B, MCO 3120.10A).</li><li>Prior experience supporting military training commands or operating within a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.</li><li>Experience with knowledge management and information governance principles.</li></ul><h3>Why This Project?</h3>This is a unique opportunity to directly support the operational readiness of the U.S. Marine Corps.
