E-logic is seeking an Entry-Level IT Professional to join our team supporting the Detroit Water &amp; Sewerage Department (DWSD). In this role, you will work alongside E-logic and DWSD technical personnel to serve as a first point of contact for software troubleshooting, user account administration, and basic infrastructure support. This is an ideal position for a recent graduate or advanced IT student looking to gain hands-on experience in public sector IT operations. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the first line of support for end-users, troubleshooting software application errors and system issues. </li><li>Create, configure, and maintain user accounts, access permissions, and roles. </li><li>Assist senior analyst teams with application testing, test case execution, and basic IT infrastructure maintenance. </li><li>Utilize basic SQL queries and operating system navigation to resolve daily application-level issues. </li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Currently in 3rd year of study or recent graduate of an accredited university program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. </li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Basic proficiency with operating systems and basic SQL scripting. </li><li class="ql-indent-1">Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customer-service orientation. </li></ul>Important Notice:This role is part of a proposal for Detroit Water &amp; Sewerage Department (DWSD).
