E-logic is seeking a Developer &amp; Test Engineer / Task Lead to head a development team supporting the IRS Criminal Investigation (CI) Management Information Systems (including CIMIS and AFTRAK). In this role, you will lead software release cycles, oversee operations and maintenance (O&amp;M) activities, conduct system testing, and act as the primary technical liaison to the Government Program Manager. You will also assist in managing data migration requirements as legacy systems transition to a modern Palantir Foundry platform. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Lead team logistics including resource management, milestone tracking, and task delegation.</li><li>Oversee design, development, O&amp;M, and rapid production deployments using .NET and SQL server environments.</li><li>Manage requirements throughout the lifecycle using tools like Rational Team Concert, StarTeam, and Rational Quality Manager.</li><li>Execute comprehensive unit, integration, and performance testing following IRS and Section 508 accessibility compliance standards.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications <ul><li>7+ years of senior-level software development experience.</li><li>Strong proficiency in C# .NET, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, VB.NET, JavaScript, and IIS.</li><li>Transact-SQL (T-SQL) and MS SQL Server enterprise tools.</li><li>Experience with SAP Crystal Reports and Business Objects is highly preferred. </li><li>Must be able to successfully pass an IRS High-Risk Background Investigation and a 7-panel federal workplace drug screening.</li></ul> Important Notice: This role is part of a proposal for IRS Criminal Investigation (CI).
