E-Logic is seeking a skilled M365 Developer to support the development, customization, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 solutions for a federal client. The ideal candidate will work under the guidance of the Lead Developer to build scalable applications and workflows that enhance collaboration and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft 365 ecosystem.</li><li>Build applications using Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate.</li><li>Customize SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, SPFx components).</li><li>Support Microsoft Teams integrations and collaboration tools.</li><li>Assist in integrating M365 with external systems and APIs.</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing solutions.</li><li>Participate in requirements analysis and technical design sessions.</li><li>Ensure solutions comply with federal security and data protection requirements.</li><li>Document technical solutions and maintain system configurations.</li><li>Support testing, deployment, and post-production maintenance.</li></ul>Required Qualifications <ul><li>3-5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 development.</li><li>Hands-on experience with:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">SharePoint Online.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Microsoft Teams.</li><li>Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs.</li><li>Understanding of cloud-based architectures (Azure is a plus).</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment and follow technical direction.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Familiarity with compliance standards (NIST, HIPAA, etc.).</li><li>Microsoft certifications (PL-400, MS-600, etc.).</li><li>Experience with Agile methodologies.</li></ul>
